'American Horror Story' Star James Cromwell Lends His Voice to New PETA Campaign (EXCLUSIVE VIDEO)
The actor is joining forces with PETA for a new campaign against animal (and human) cruelty and Celebuzz has the exclusive first look at the PSA.
In the PSA, Cromwell warns that we should look out for people who hurt animals, because very often they move on to hurting humans.
"If you know of someone who's abusing or neglecting an animal,” Cromwell, 72, says in the PSA. “Don't ignore it or just assume that someone else will do something. Call the police or animal control. And if you have kids or grandkids, please talk to them about the importance of being kind to animals. That conversation might save a life. Let's stop the cycle of violence before it begins."
Cromwell joins a growing list of celebrities who have joined forces with PETA to promote kindness to animals, including AHS costar Jenna Dewan, Edie Falco, Lea Michele, Cloris Leachman and Joaquin Phoenix.
American Horror Story: Asylum airs Wednesdays at 10 PM on FX.
