One Direction's Harry Styles Opens Up About Sex: 'I Was Scared I Got the Girl Pregnant'

Harry Styles is getting up close and very personal.

One Direction's resident ladies' man has been open about his flirtatious ways, but the 18-year-old recently spoke about the awkward moment he thought he got a girl pregnant.

"The first time I had sex, I was scared I got the girl pregnant," Styles confessed to the UK's OK! magazine. "And that was despite the fact we were safe. Luckily, we were fine."

Styles may be labeled as the group's "womanizer," but he's not taking any risks. "I would never risk not wearing a condom," he added. "It's too much of a risk... If you're not ready for a child, then don't risk it."

The boy bander also opened up about his penchant for older women. Styles has been previously linked to British TV host Caroline Flack and DJ Lucy Horobin – both 32. "I don't necessarily just look at women who are older," he said. "I like girls my own age as well."

But the young lad admits he'd be willing to date even older women. "Anything up to my mum's age. She's 44," he added.

Nonetheless, he said reports of his womanizing ways have been greatly exaggerated. “I wouldn’t say I’m girl crazy, because that makes me sound like a bit of a womanizer,” Styles said. “That isn’t really me.”

"But I am quite flirty. Maybe I'm too flirty."

One Direction's sophomore album, Take Me Home, hits shelves Nov. 13.
