'Twilight' Star Ashley Greene Describes Her Perfect Guy: 'You Need Someone Who is Going to Help You Make That Better Version of Yourself' (PHOTOS)

Newly single Ashley Greene knows exactly what she wants in a man.

"You need someone who is going to help you make that better version of yourself," the actress, who recently broke up with her boyfriend of 10 months, singer/songwriter Reeve Carney, says in the latest issue of Manhattan magazine.

"I need someone who is strong but supportive and who loves me. Someone who isn't afraid to call me on my sh*t."

The Twilight star, who also posed for a series of sultry photos for the mag, didn't just talk romance. She revealed her biggest inspirations, too -- and one is the Big Apple.

"I like the energy -- it's so contagious and I feel like you just have to be productive here," says Greene, who hails from  L.A. but currently resides in NYC. "It's very artistic and inspiring."

Another of Green's muses: Oscar-winner Cate Blanchett.

"I love [her]. She's extremely classy and has the knack for taking on roles and being very, very strong, but also embedding vulnerability."

Greene's Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 will hit theaters Nov. 16; Manhattan magazine is now on newsstands.
