“We’re happy to announce we have reached an agreement on a settlement,” Maloof and Nassif revealed in a released statement, Celebuzz confirms.
The duo added, “There has been so much untrue negative innuendo and destructive rumors beyond our control …”
As recorded by their rep Jim Yeager, Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars claimed, “We want the best for each other and we’re confident we can help each other make a continuing positive impact with our children.”
“Our goal is for our children to have stable and nurturing relationships with both of us so we can all find as much happiness as possible,” they continued. “We appreciate the good wishes we continue to receive from our supporters around the world.”
Maloof and Nassif filed separate divorce documents in late August, citing irreconcilable differences, after Nassif initially filed for legal separation at the end of July.
In his court documents, Nassif requested joint legal and physical custody of the pair’s three children — Gavin, 9, and twins Colin and Christian, 6.
As Celebuzz previously reported, filming of the hit Bravo series had allegedly put a strain on their marriage and was a main reason for their split.
