Rihanna, Bieber and plenty of glitz, glamour and goddesses!
Taking to the catwalk at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show means wearing, well, next to nothing.

That’s why many of the models spend months getting their goddess-like figures runway-ready — through everything from grueling sweat sessions to extreme diets. But Hilary Rhoda had no more than a week’s notice before she was set to strut her stuff at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City.

“The good thing about finding out last week that I was doing the Victoria’s Secret show is that I was ready,” the 25-year-old brunette beauty told Celebuzz ahead of the Wednesday show. “I started making sure exercise was part of my daily routine a few years ago. I work out everyday. It’s a big part of my life. It’s one of my passions. It just makes me feel good more than anything, for my mind.”

And Rhoda makes sure to mix up her exercise. “I do dance cardio with a trainer, which is really fun because we do choreographed dances and I can pretend that I’m like a backup dancer,” she said with a smile. “I give it my best go. And I do SoulCycle, which is a spin class.”

While she’s admittedly a fitness fanatic, Rhoda doesn’t deprive herself pre-show. “I didn’t really do any crash diets,” she admitted. “It was just more about the maintenance.”

But Rhoda did treat her body to a few beauty treatments before slipping into the Victoria’s Secret skivvies. “Since the show is different than ready-to-wear because we’re wearing lingerie, I did a body wrap, [which is] something that made me feel good, and a little scrub,” she said. “And then for my face, I used Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair like morning and night, religiously. It just makes your skin feel amazing.”

After all the preparation, Rhoda wowed on stage in a few glitzy getups, including a Circus-inspired costume and shimmery silver outfit. But what’s her personal favorite?

“In the Calendar Girls segment, I am March so I…dress up like a little leprechaun, with a wool corset and four leaf clover wings,” she gushed. “It’s really, really cute. And I’m Irish, so it worked out.”
