Judge Rules Halle Berry Will Not Be Able to Permanently Move Daughter to France (REPORT)
Halle Berry has been denied permission to permanently move her child overseas.
On Friday, a judge ruled the Academy Award winner will not be able to relocate her 4-year-old daughter Nahla to France, where Berry wanted to live with fiance Olivier Martinez, according to the website TMZ.
Berry argued the Los Angeles' paparazzi scene made life too dangerous for her young child, but the judge on the case ruled in favor of Berry's ex-boyfriend -- and Nahla's biological father -- Gabriel Aubry.
Berry and Martinez, both 46, confirmed in March that the pair were heading down the aisle after much speculation.
While promoting his new restaurant in South Beach, the French actor addressed the engagement rumor, telling The Miami Herald, “Yes, of course it’s true.”
Since then, it's been reported Berry had plans to relocate to France to be closer to her Parisian beau.
