Hold on to your seats Vampire Diaries fans, all hell is about the break loose on The CW drama!

Executive Producer, Julie Plec has already teased that "everything is about to change one way or another." Thursday night's episode is beginning to prove her statement true. When fans begin wondering what else the team of writers could possibly change, they throw curveballs faster than anyone can catch them.

Stefan (Paul Wesley) is agonizingly awaiting Klaus' (Joseph Morgan) inevitable return to Mystic Falls from Italy. When people disappoint the Original hybrid, everyone knows he gets vicious. Just take a look at what he did to his sister, Rebekah (Claire Holt). If he could do that to family, what could he do to someone really disposable?

During the conclusion of this season's Episode 5, "The Killer," Elena (Nina Dobrev) started hallucinating and Klaus appears to be the only one who has any idea why this could be.

In the latest sneak peek above, he's on his way over to the new baby vampire's house to give Stefan some insight into the new development in her life. With this clip's arrival, the episode title, "We All Go a Little Mad Sometimes" seems more fitting than ever.

Elena's whole life is going to be turned upside more than it already has. Can't believe that's possible, can you? On The Vampire Diaries, anything is possible!

Guilt can easily consume any vampire, even the most experienced one. Imagine what it can do to someone inexperienced like Elena. Add her terrifying hallucinations into the mix and you know life is about to get creepy!

With Klaus being on the path for a new hunter, will he be too distracted to use lethal force on Stefan? From the looks of it, he's going to want to be on the lookout for the next vampire hunter who is part of "The Five." Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) is the closest they have now that Connor is dead and the younger Gilbert's hunter's mark is beginning to appear. I'm predicting Klaus and Stefan will persuade him to embrace being a hunter so they can get the vampirism cure for Elena.

Jeremy is all Elena has left, so she obviously won't be too forgiving of her boyfriend or the mass villain trying to corrupt him. Will this lead to the personal confession Elena makes to Stefan?

Professor Shane (David Alpay) seems to be more a bystander with ulterior motives, but he's bound to become a catalyst with everything he knows and all his secrets. What could he be revealing to Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Bonnie (Kat Graham)?

Matt (Zach Roerig) telling Damon new information about the professor could ignite a whole new war depending on what's revealed. Is Shane ready to deal with the repercussions of his shady actions?

The Vampire Diaries airs on Thursdays at 8pm on the CW.

Do you think Elena's hallucinations will cause her to take the life of someone important to her? Sound off on the comments below!
