Making her English movie debut, newcomer Bérénice Marlohe is sizzling up the silver screen this weekend with 007's latest installment, Skyfall. The 33-year-old plays Sévérine, the mysterious companion to Raoul Silva (Javier Bardem) whom Bond (Daniel Craig) must stop from destroying the MI6 at all cost.
How did Marlohe get into the role of the sultry vixen?
According to the French actress, she drew inspiration from Famke Janssen, who played Xenia Onatopp in 1995's GoldenEye.
In a recent GQ interview, Marlohe gushed about the Bond girl's ability to kill men by crushing them between her thighs during climax."Having an orgasm when she was trying to kill people! Like, crazy! And funny! And original!" she said. "I like actors who don't go in the conventional ways, and Bond is great for that."
