Meet Finn Davey McDermott, the newest addition to Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's ever-growing family.

The reality TV couple has released the first official images of their 10-week-old son, and the glowing mother of four has said she couldn't be more grateful for baby Finn's perfect health.

In September, Spelling was hospitalized due to complications from placenta previa, a condition that could have been fatal for the expecting mother.

"When they put him in my arms, I was like, ‘We made it. We did it.’ Now we have an insane bond. We’ve been through hell and back,” the Beverly Hills 90210 alum told Us Weekly.

Before baby Finn, Spelling had three consecutive C-sections to deliver Liam, 5, Stella, 4 and Hattie, 11 months. But her latest pregnancy was more life threatening, as Finn was conceived just one month after the arrival of Hattie.

“It was surreal . . . I just remember thinking, I can’t leave three children behind,” Spelling told Us. Spelling spent the next 10 weeks in the hospital and four months on bed rest.

Now, both mom and baby have been given a clean bill of health -- and Spelling couldn't look happier.
