From Emma Stone's Peplum to Ashley Greene and Christina Ricci's Bare Midriffs -- All the Fab Fashion at the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Awards (GALLERY)
When Vogue and the CFDA get together to throw a party, you know the fashion is going to be good. And Tuesday night's Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Awards didn't disappoint.
From sheer (and bare!) midriffs to lace, peplums to sparkly styles, and emerald, oxblood and lace, fashion's A-listers worked the latest fashion and beauty trends in eye-catching new ways.
Among the fete's fashionable crowd was Vogue's best-dressed winner Emma Stone, rocking a navy peplum and sparkly emerald skirt.
Stylish newcomer Allison Williams of Girls swapped her classic style for a more daring mini dress with a cut-out neckline and subtle pompadour, while Christina Ricci worked her cut-outs further south, showing off her toned tummy. Opting for looser styles and brighter colors, Fashion Star host Louise Roe went retro in a green jumpsuit, and Victoria Secret model Miranda Kerr sported a breezy dress.
Style icons Diane Von Furstenberg, Vera Wang, and Tory Burch -- along with dapper designers Joseph Altuzzara, Jason Wu and Alexander Wang -- were on hand to celebrate the night's big winners.
Beating out popular designers Wes Gordon and Max Osterweis and Erin Beatty of Suno, Greg Chait of The Elder Statesman took home the night's top prize. Runners-up -- jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer and shoe designer Tabitha Simmons -- also took home prizes for their creative work.
