Johnny Depp Jams with Ke$ha and The Black Keys’ Patrick Carney at Petty Fest (EXCLUSIVE VIDEO)
Days after inviting the guys from One Direction to his Hollywood studio for an impromptu jam session, the 49-year-old actor was spotted playing guitar with some other big names at Los Angeles’ El Rey Theatre.

On Wednesday night, the Pirates of the Caribbean star joined Ke$ha, Patrick Carney of The Black Keys, Nick Valensi of The Strokes and other musicians on stage for the West Coast version of Petty Fest, an annual Tom Petty tribute event.
“just got off stage w/ Johnny depp and patrick carney. wet dream? nope. REALMUTHAF***IN LIFE. #PettyFest,” Ke$ha wrote on Twitter after the set.
Petty Fest also welcomed Sarah Silverman, Mae Whitman,Valensi’s band mates Fabrizio Moretti and Albert Hammond Jr. and Justin Bartha.
Day two of Petty Fest continues Thursday night, also at the El Rey. A full 100 percent of ticket proceeds will benefit the Sweet Relief Music Fund and the Musicians Cancer Fund.
New York’s Petty Fest, held on Oct. 24, featured Cyndi Lauper, Fred Armisen, Justin Long, Reeve Carney, Andrew W.K., John McEnroe and others.
