Jennifer Lawrence Blames Honey Boo Boo for Car Accident

Jennifer Lawrence is one major Honey Boo Boo fan. The Silver Linings Playbook star told Jay Leno on Monday night's Tonight Show that her love of all things Boo Boo caused a recent car accident in Georgia.

Lawrence was driving when she passed a breast cancer parade that included people wearing sashes with the word "boobs" on them.

"I thought it was saying 'Boo Boo,' and so I was like , 'Whoa, does that mean there's Honey Boo Boo?"

"So I started craning my neck and I saw a little girl, and I was like, 'That's Honey Boo Boo!'"

In a fit of excitement over the TLC toddler, Lawrence ended up rear-ending the car in front of her.

The Hunger Games star had little choice but to fess up to what caused the accident.

"I'm sorry that I hit your family," she explained. "I thought I saw Honey Boo Boo."
