Halle Berry's Ex Gabriel Aubry Says Olivier Martinez Threatened to 'Kill' Him -- 3 More Developments
In the wake of his infamous Thanksgiving brawl with Olivier Martinez, Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry is speaking out -- and claiming that the French actor -- who's currently engaged to his former girlfriend -- threatened to "kill" him if he refused to allow his daughter Nahla to move to France.
In a court declaration obtained by TMZ, the 36-year-old model said that Martinez, 46, told him he had better move to Paris so his four-year-old could be with Berry, adding that, "We called the cops ... you're going to tell them that you're the one who attacked me, or I'm going to kill you."
Aubry also claimed that Martinez took his head in his hand and slammed it on the concrete driveway.
What occurred before the fight?
According to Aubry, he and Martinez had exchanged heated words the day before Thanksgiving during Nahla's school play. Gabriel told the website that Martinez and Berry both showed up at the school, where the actor whispered in his ear, "I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now. You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us."
However, according to law enforcement, Aubry made no mention of the alleged threats when he spoke to police immediately after the fight.
Since then, the French-Canadian model -- who dated Berry from 2005 to 2010 -- obtained a restraining order against the Dark Tide actor.
Likewise, Berry has reportedly sought for an emergency order of protection requiring Aubry to stay at least 100 yards away from her and her family.
The Thanksgiving brawl comes hot on the heels of news that Berry lost her custody battle with Aubry, in which she requested that her daughter could permanently move to France. Aubrey claims that Martinez had assaulted him because of the $3 million cost of the case.
