Simpson says she's struggled with postpartum weight loss.
Jessica Simpson has been turning heads with her incredibly-shrinking figure recently.

And now the nutrition plan that helped the new mom — and Weight Watchers spokeswoman — slim down after giving birth to daughter Maxwell in May has been revealed.

Details of Simpson’s four-month Weight Watchers diet, which helped the new mom drop sixty pounds, were released by TMZ on Monday.

So how did Simpson do it?

Reportedly created by Simpson’s former private chef, the diet closely followed the Weight Watchers point system and varied in intensity over time. The strict regimen was filled with grilled veggies, healthy proteins and snacks to help keep Simpson satiated without feeling restricted.

While Simpon’s diet included low-fat smoothies, egg white omelets, chicken satays, shrimp skewers, and soba noodles, the new mom kicked off her diet in July with a more restrictive 15-day smoothie phase.

For the first five days of the smoothie phase, Simpson was limited to three smoothies a day and two healthy snacks; then for the next five days, Simpson supplemented two smoothies a day with two snacks and one meal; and for the last five days, the mom consumed one smoothie, two  snacks and two meals a day.

While the mommy mogul didn’t allow herself any cheat days, she did budget for a daily dessert to keep cravings at bay. Some of her favorite sweet treats included peach cobbler, chocolate cake and a coconut mixed berry crisp.
