'Flipping Out' Star Jenni Pulos Dishes on 'Intense' Jeff Lewis Drama (VIDEO)
On Tuesday night's emotional Flipping Out season finale, the fallout from Pulos' freebie honeymoon to Cabo reaches a boiling point as Lewis threatens to fire his long-time assistant and friend.
However, before the drama played out on TV, Pulos had nothing but good things to say about Lewis.
"He's very intense," she told Celebuzz last month. "He's really intense when he's working. He's really intense in the way he keeps his home. With Zoila and I, since he's known us the longest, he's the most comfortable."
"But at some point," she added. "He goes to a point where he does flip out, and he sees red. He doesn't want to go there, but he does. And he feels bad about it."
He also feels bad about Pulos' upcoming book, Hang In There, Baby: Lewis recently filed a lawsuit against Pulos claiming she's in violation of non-disclosure agreements with the tome.
As Celebuzz previously reported, Lewis fears the book, which initially was titled Hang In There, Baby: What One Of The World’s Most Difficult Bosses Taught Me About life, Work And Love, will address Pulos’ experiences as his personal and executive assistant. However, Pulos claims the book is not about him and shortened the title to Hang In There, Baby.
According to the suit, Lewis requested a copy of the manuscript, but Pulos told him her agents advised against providing one.
Hang In There, Baby was slated for an August 20, 2013 release. However, Lewis is seeking “a preliminary and permanent injunction” against Pulos from “publishing any and all facts and/or references to events” she became aware of during her employment.
"We've all had our moments and when there's a camera following you around for that many months, we're all human," she said. "We all make mistakes."
TV's favorite assistant went on to praise her boss -- and his eccentricities. "The way his home and business are run are to the utmost importance to him," she said in admiration.
Flipping Out airs Tuesdays at 9PM on Bravo.
