Lindsay Lohan Arrest: Alleged Brawl Victim Meets With Attorney Gloria Allred (REPORT)
GaGLindsay Lohan may be gearing up for yet another court battle.
Following her bar brawl with fellow patron Tiffany Eve Mitchell, in which the actress reportedly struck the 28-year-old in the face, the alleged victim has met with media-savvy attorney Gloria Allred.
According to E! News, Mitchell was spotted at Allred's New York City office on Friday morning to discuss any legal retribution.
So who's defending Lohan if this case goes to court?
A rep for the 26-year-old's legal team told Celebuzz that Shawn Chapman Holley, who also oversaw the troubled actress' probation hearings earlier this year, will remain as Lohan's legal counsel.
Lohan and Mitchell reportedly got into a sparring match after the star allegedly said something along the lines of “Give me space.” After some time passed, police reported things turned physical -- with Lohan punching Mitchell on the left side of her face.
That same day, Lohan was also charged with giving false information to a police officer, obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty and reckless driving after her black Porsche slammed into a big-rig on the Pacific Coast Highway in Los Angeles this June.Michael spoke out about the starlet's arrest Thursday, saying, "“She’s in God’s hands now and they’re a hell of a lot worse than mine.”
