‘Bachelorette’ Stars Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum Are Married (EXCLUSIVE DETAILS)
More than one year after proposing to Hebert on the season finale of The Bachelorette, Rosenbaum, 35, married his sweetheart in front of approximately 200 family and friends in Pasadena, Calif.
The couple said their made-for-television “I Do’s” on the lawn of the Langham Huntington Hotel, with The Bachelor and The Bachelorette stars including Emily Maynard, Trista and Ryan Sutter, Jason and Molly Mesnick and former couple Ali Fedotowsky and Roberto Martinez watching on.
The series’ host Chris Harrison was also in attendance and officiated the wedding.
Hebert, 28, walked down a wood aisle with two men — one of which was her father — to the chuppah decorated with white roses, as chandeliers hung from the trees. Her pregnant sister, who held Hebert’s Yorkie during the ceremony, served as maid of honor.
A vocalist and piano played the Elvis Presley song, ‘Can’t Help Falling in Love .’
Hebert wore an all-white mermaid style dress with a long detachable train, complete with beautiful embellishments. Rosenbaum wore a traditional white Jewish yamaka.
Guests were also given clear umbrellas as they took their seats as it started to drizzle. Following their nuptials, Hebert and Rosenbaum’s guests threw white rose petals on the newlyweds.
“I love going to weddings and being inspired. I hope to inspire everyone at my wedding to feel love and good about what we have,” the blushing bride-to-be was overheard telling friends on Friday night.
Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie, Fergie and Josh Duhamel.
“For the reception, Ashley asked Mindy for soft lighting with a sweet and romantic feel,” a source said. “Earth tones… colors like white, cream, green and brown.”
In May 2011, after another long season of the hit reality series, Rosenbaum got down on one knee and presented Hebert with a 3.5-carat cushion cut diamond from Neil Lane.
Hebert and Rosenbaum are the second couple to make it down the aisle following their Bachelorette encounter. The Sutters tied the knot in 2003 and their nuptials were also broadcasted in a TV special at the time.
Fans of the couple will get to see the entire wedding on ABC Dec. 16, in a special appropriately called The Bachelorette: Ashley and J.P.’s Wedding.
