The 39-year-old said “I do” to longtime love Courtney Mazza, 31, on Saturday in Punta Minta, Mexico, a TLC spokesperson confirms to Celebuzz.
The couple’s two-year-old daughter, Gia, served as flower girl, EXTRA reports. In front of a reported 150-200 guests that included Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria, Lopez and Mazza exchanged vows they had written themselves at a villa owned by Girls Gone Wild mogul Joe Francis.
The X Factor co-host escorted his mother down the aisle while his bride walked with her father.
Longoria, who donned a gorgeous blue dress for the event, gave a preview of her attire on Twitter moments before the wedding.
“Me and mama readying for @MarioLopezExtra and @CLMazza wedding! So excited for the beautiful couple!!” she wrote.
Lopez, who rose to fame in the 80s and 90s with Saved by the Bell, was previously married to Ali Landry. Their marriage lasted two weeks. Lopez was also in a two-year relationship with his Dancing With the Stars partner Karina Smirnoff.
He met Mazza four years ago when they worked together on the revival of Broadway’s A Chorus Line.
“She’s the quarterback of the team,” Lopez recently told Us Weekly.
“It’s her day, so I’m cool with what she wants. But I’m involved with the reception because I want it to be a big party.”
Lopez and Mazza’s wedding will air on TLC ‘s two-hour special, Mario & Courtney’s Wedding Fiesta, on Saturday, Dec. 8 at 8 PM.
