Lindsay Lohan Follows The Wanted to Jingle Ball Concert in Philadelphia
Lindsay Lohan isn't letting her legal woes get her down.
Just a week after being arrested for allegedly assaulting a fellow New York City club-goer, the Liz & Dick star is back on the scene. Lohan popped up at Q102's Jingle Ball concert in Philadelphia, where her boy band pals The Wanted performed.
"EXCLUSIVE PHOTO: @lindsaylohan backstage at #Q102JingleBall where she's hanging with Max and @TheWantedMusic!" the radio station tweeted.
The behind-the-scenes hangout comes on the heels of rumors that the Wanted's Max George was involved in Lohan's late-night altercation on Nov. 29. After Lohan watched The Wanted opened for Justin Bieber's Believe tour concert at Madison Square Garden, the singer and actress were spotted at Avenue, a nightclub in NYC's Chelsea neighborhood.
It was there that George started schmoozing with Florida fortune-teller Tiffany Ava Mitchell, irritating Lohan before she allegedly punched the fellow patron in the face, according to TMZ. But during the headline-hitting fallout — which saw Lohan charged with third-degree assault misdemeanor — George downplayed the bar fight. "She's the best drunk in New York," George told E! News. "She was cool. She had a bit of a scrap but it wasn't down to us."homemade “Free Lindsay” t-shirt the following night at the Garden. "I'm a little bit of an artist, so I got the old Sharpie out," he told MTV News of his hand-drawn fashion. "And, yeah, after a small scuffle that went down, I felt very sorry for her. I wanted to cheer her up and I think she said she liked it, right?"
"It's a bit of a blur actually," he explained of Lohan's club clash. "It was very odd. We actually carried on partying after that. It was reported that [the fight] was about Max, but I don't think it actually was. But [Lohan] was a total sweetheart on the night, so our experience is quite positive."
