Megan Fox Flaunts Post-Baby Body at March of Dimes Luncheon (PHOTOS)
On Saturday, the 26-year-old showed off her pearly whites -- and her fit post baby body -- at the March of Dimes Luncheon in Beverly Hills.
The This Is 40 star, who donned a gorgeous lace dress, was also joined by her husband Brian Austin Green, who looked slick in a suit jacket.
The couple welcomed their first child, Noah, on Sept. 27.
“We have been so lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do. I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect,” Fox announced on her Facebook page in October.

Friday’s luncheon marked Fox’s first red carpet appearance since giving birth to little Noah.
“You never sleep and you’re awake all night and your entire life is devoted to this little thing that needs you constantly. And I love it,” she told E!
“I don’t receive the same satisfaction from my career as I do from being a mother, so I’m really happy.”
