Disney has been the launching pad of a slue of Hollywood's hottest names, but there comes a time when child stars turn into full-fledged adults.

From Miley Cyrus to Demi Lovato, Disney's former child stars haven't been shy about breaking away from their good girl image and growing into sexy starlets.

The X Factor mentor Britney Spears has gone from Mouseketeer to hot mama-of-two since her childhood days performing alongside Justin Timberlake and Ryan Gosling.

However, Spears isn't alone in blossoming into a sexy star.

Anne Hathaway has gone from the clumsy and geeky Mia Thermopolis in The Princess Diaries to a prostitute named Fantine in Les Miserables.

The 30-year-old actress was spotted showing off her healthy physique in a blue bikini on a yacht in Italy in 2009. But since then, the actress has lost a significant amount of weight in order to step into the famous role.

Hathaway hasn't been shy about the extreme measures she took to lose 25 pounds for the role of Fantine.

She told Vogue magazine that she had been living off of "two thin squares of dried oatmeal paste per day."

Extreme measures aside, Hathaway and the rest of the Disney crew do know how to rock a bikini.
