It's official! Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum are expecting their first child.

People's Sexiest Man Alive and his wife ”are pleased to announce that they are expecting the birth of their first child next year,” reports People.

Dewan-Tatum sparked pregnancy rumors Sunday night at Vh1's Divas concert when she walked the red carpet with a noticeable bump. However, the American Horror Story: Asylum actress stayed mum on the subject.

The couple, who wed in 2009 after meeting on the set of 2006's Step Up, have had babies on the brain for quite some time. “I’m ready; I think she’s ready,” Tatum told People recently.

“The first number that pops into my head is three, but I just want one to be healthy and then we’ll see where we go after that.”

Tatum's baby news is just another accomplishment to add to his banner year. Not only did the 32-year-old actor score the coveted title of Sexiest Man Alive, but he also starred in three major films -- The Vow, 21 Jump Street and Magic Mike.

And Tatum isn't just one of the sexiest stars alive, according to his former co-star Amanda Seyfried -- he's also one of the most genuine.

"He’s a superstar," the Les Miserables actress recently told InStyle. "Everybody wants to have sex with him. And the only person he wants to have sex with is his wife, Jenna [Dewan]. He’s the most loyal husband.”

Congrats to both of them!Accentuate the positive. It's just as easy to emphasize the positive and be happy as to think negatively and be burdened. Your thoughts can be nourishing or toxic, pull your spirits up or drag you down. Thinking "this is too hard" makes pregnancy a chore; thinking "I'm bringing in a loved child" accentuates your joy.
