'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Star Camille Grammer Is 'Enjoying the Companionship' With Beau Dimitri Charalambopoulos (EXCLUSIVE)
Come the holidays, Camille Grammer will be saying sayonara, California — and aloha, Hawaii.
"Every year, I fly my family out to Hawaii and we spend a week or two there," said the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, adding that she shares a home there with ex-husband Kelsey Grammer. "Most of our holidays...[are in] Hawaii. It’s a great family place. My kids have friends there. It’s a place I go and relax and get away from it all. Get away from the drama."
Following her 2010 split from her former husband, Grammer is all the more attached to the island getaway. "It's my place of solace," she said. "Even when I filed for divorce, I was on a plane and spent the summer in Hawaii. I have really, good, dear friends who helped me through my divorce, especially the first few months. I love my friends that are there."
And Grammer won't just be surrounded by friends and family this festive season — her beau of over a year, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, will be at her side to ring in the New Year. "He’s going to spend [the holidays] with his son," she explained. "Then he’ll meet me after his possession week...and come visit me in Hawaii."
Though she's mostly tight-lipped about her love life, Grammer gushed that Charalambopoulos is "good" with her children — daughter Mason, 11, and son Jude, 8. "Things are going great. We get along," she said. "I’m enjoying the companionship. And we’re having a great time."
And it was only recently that Grammer took her romance in front of the Bravo cameras, with Charalambopoulos made his much-anticipated debut on Housewives. But it was no easy feat for the camera-shy attorney. "He did not want to be in front of the camera," Grammer said. "One other time, he was going to do something in front of the camera, he was actually driving to the studio and he pulled over because he got sick. Just the thought makes him sick."
