Lisa Lampanelli Buys $2.2 Million Seaside Home in Connecticut (PHOTOS)
Lisa Lampanelli isn’t just dropping the pounds.
The comedian recently dropped $2.2 million on a 3897 square foot seaside home (worth $2.4M) in the upscale community of Fairfield, CT, according to RealEstalker.
Built in 2002, the slender three-story home includes 3-4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms – and is so exquisite that it was featured in the November 2012 issue of Connecticut magazine
Located right next to the beach, the ocean-side property includes a kitchen, dining room, and family room that all look out on the water through floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors.
Lampanelli has two guest bedrooms on the second floor of her estate, along with a den. Also on the second floor is a private sitting room, small balcony looking out on the coast, and bathroom with a fancy Jacuzzi style tub and glass-bricked shower.
But no need to be cooped up inside, as the bi-level deck is filled with sea grasses to cop a squat or enjoy a lovely picnic away from the sand.
The Queen of Mean also maintains a rental apartment near Lincoln Center in New York City and a condo-type bungalow in Tucson, AZ.
