Phaedra Parks' marriage takes center stage and Kenya Moore's romance hits the rocks on Bravo's The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Last week, Kenya received a serious reality check when her boyfriend Walter Jackson informed her he was not ready to take the plunge into marriage. A befuddled Kenya couldn’t understand why Walter had a change of heart, especially when he told her anything could happen on their Anguilla vacation. Would their relationship survive this bump in the road?

Note: Spoilers ahead if you haven’t watched Sunday’s episode, “Press Down and Strip Bare.”

Kenya met up with Walter in the aftermath of her Anguilla meltdown to discuss his declaration that he was not ready to pop the question. The former Miss USA asked Walter where exactly their relationship stood, since their lives seemed to be on two different pages. Kenya maintained that Walter agreed he wanted to get married when they spoke on the beach. Walter interjected, and admitted to saying anything could happen on the trip, but never promised her a ring. The towing king wished she never mentioned marriage to the group.

Kenya insisted she never told anyone she and Walter would get married, and was shocked by his attitude. The diva even confessed to being intimidated by Walter. A stunned Walter felt he never acted that way, and thought Kenya was upset because she wasn’t able to get her own way. Kenya firmly voiced to Walter that a woman her age didn’t have time on her hands for this kind foolishness, even though she was “wifey" material.

If she was such a great catch at her age, why wasn’t she already hitched, Walter asked sarcastically? Irate, Kenya demanded Walter show her some respect, and give her an answer about their relationship. A timid Walter conceded to loving Kenya, but wasn’t ready to say, “I do,” right now. Will Kenya and Walter make it through this hurdle?

On the other side of Atlanta, tongues wagged about rumors of Phaedra’s marriage to Apollo Nida. Bloggers claimed the two were headed for splitsville, despite the island getaway the couple recently shared. Kenya, Phaedra, Porsha Stewart and Kandi Burruss gathered together to celebrate Cynthia Bailey’s P.T. Rose Moscato launch. While the women cheered Cynthia’s newest business venture, the model decided it was the perfect time to ask Phaedra all about the rumors which surrounded her marriage.

Phaedra laughed off the gossip and told the women everything was fine between her and Apollo. She advised the women not to feed into the drama. To prove their love was rock solid, a jovial Apollo came over to Phaedra and joked about the news that swept Atlanta. Phaedra announced the only way she’d leave Apollo is if he were six feet under, and sealed her statement with a face-eating kiss. Take that bloggers!

Buzz Moments

OMG!: Cynthia visiting the strip club with her husband Peter Thomas, along with Phaedra and Apollo. If you want to know what the Golden Girls would look like shaking their tail feathers, visit that spot.

Thank you, TV gods.: Porsha's husband Kordell telling her to stop trying to apologize and form a relationship with Kenya. Porsha, Kenya just isn't feeling you, boo.

Awk-ward: Phaedra constantly pushing marriage on Kandi's boyfriend Todd during the blessing of their home. Both Todd and Kandi seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but around Phaedra.

Hotness: Porsha's house. You know Porsha's living the good life if she can't remember how many bedrooms she has in there.

Fab-u-lous: NeNe Leakes modeling a dress made out of money at her Ebony magazine fashion shoot. Maybe she can loan former RHOA castmember/archival Sheree Whitfield a few dollars off it.

Can. Not. Wait.: For more NeNe next episode! Kandi's daughter is not thrilled by Todd moving in: Now, that is going to be juicy. And Walter and Kenya's turbulent relationship seems to hit a peak next week.

Everyone seems to have missed the striking fact that Walter is an abuser and is enjoying Kenya's pain. So sorry Kenya. Stay away! You will find what you need.
