The Duchess Diary: Christmas With the Middletons; Queen Elizabeth’s 3D Message (VIDEO)
Instead of taking part in the usual holiday fanfare with the rest of the royal family, Prince William and his pregnant wife Kate Middleton spent the holidays with the Duchess’ family.
The couple reportedly attended Christmas mass at a local church with the Middletons while the Windsors went to St. Mary Magdalene -- a yearly tradition.
Meanwhile Queen Elizabeth bid adieu to 2012 with her annual Christmas message, which was broadcasted in 3D across the globe.
The 86-year-old mentioned highlights from her Diamond Jubilee and the London Summer Games.“We were reminded too, that the success of these great festivals depended to an enormous degree from the dedication and effort of an army of volunteers,” the Queen said.
In the latest rumor headlines, gossipmongers are once again questioning Prince Charles’ place in line to the throne. Can his son William really surpass him to become king one day?
