Holly Madison's baby bump is on full display!

The reality star, who is expecting a daughter with boyfriend Pasquale Rotella in just a few short months, showed off her burgeoning belly for her fans -- with some added decoration. Madison playfully painted her stomach with eyes and lips to create an adorable baby face.

The 33-year-old wrote on her blog:

"Hey guys! I took this pic of the baby bump this morning— smiling just for you! Hope you’re having a great weekend."

Madison has been looking stunning throughout her pregnancy, but the road to baby hasn't always been smooth. When the star was seven months pregnant, she was hospitalized for a bout of severe morning sickness.

But she's now in the clear and feeling great -- as evidenced by her super-smiley baby bump.
