As a high school student, the Jersey Shore star was frequently on the receiving end of nasty words.
“Me and my girlfriends, we were pretty girls -- we were cheerleaders,” the reality television star told Celebuzz during an exclusive visit to our Hollywood, Calif. studio.
“The older girls didn’t like us and I feel like they thought were were competition so they would make up nasty rumors about us and even me and you know, they would make me feel like a very low person.”
These days, the nasty messages are more like an afterthought.
“I feel like if you are bullied, just remember and just know that you are a good person. And that’s all that matters,” she said.
“People have opinions, yes, and that’s OK . . . some people are ignorant so you have to deal with that.”
