Prince William, Kate Middleton Confirm Royal Due Date (VIDEO)
The happy couple will be expecting their first child in July.
Prince William and Kate Middleton confirmed Monday that their baby is due sometime in July.
"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July," the couple's office said in a statement released at 11AM GMT. "The Duchess' condition continues to improve since her stay in hospital last month."
According to sources for PEOPLE, the couple is not expecting twins, contrary to previous reports. They have also chosen not to reveal the sex of the baby until after it is born.
The Palace confirmed William and Middleton -- who turned 31 last week -- were expecting on Dec. 3.
That same day, Middleton was hospitalized for hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe type of morning sickness.
She was released four days later.
On Friday, Middleton made her first public appearance of the new year at London's National Portrait Gallery, where her official portrait was unveiled at a private gathering.
