Prince Harry Named Most Eligible Bachelor: Who Did He Beat Out? (POLL)
The royal topped Town & Country magazine's list of the world's most famous single men.
It's another crowning achievement for the royal family.
Prince Harry earned the No. 1 spot on Town & Country magazine's list of the world's most eligible bachelors of 2013, beating out 39 other dapper candidates, including George Clooney and one of Taylor Swift's ex-beaus, Conor Kennedy.
“He’s the wild-card royal, the naughty one, the one who goes out with rah women, hangs out with a fast crowd, downs too many drinks, and goes home at the wrong moment. That’s why we all like him best," the magazine said.
While his partying ways have resulted in troubling headlines, the lifestyle publication went on to credit Harry's mischievous behavior as a part of his charm and appeal, even referring to him as the "least buttoned-up royal."
Most recently, Harry caused a media frenzy when photos leaked of the prince in the buff during an August game of strip billiard with friends in Las Vegas. In November, the bad boy returned to the frontlines in Afghanistan, fulfilling a four-month military tour as a co-pilot of an Apache attack helicopter.soon-to-be uncle leads a pack of other famous singles in the comprehensive list. Just to name a few: NFL quarterback Tim Tebow, NBA superstar Jeremy Lin, Hollywood legend Jack Nicholson, and yes, another one of T-Swift's rumored admirers, Patrick Schwarzenegger (son of Arnold and Conor's cousin).
This isn't the first time Harry has been honored for his single status. The royal joined Robert Pattinson as two of the most eligible bachelors, according to a poll conducted by the National Wedding Show in December.
