Shakira's Hips Don't Lie -- And Neither Does Her Baby Bump (PHOTO)

Yes, Shakira is still pregnant.

After pulling a fast one for Dia de los Innocentes -- Spain’s equivalent of April Fools’ Day -- the Colombian beauty proved she's still heavily pregnant by sharing a photo of her large baby bump this Wednesday.

Posing in a bikini top with boyfriend Gerard Pique, the "Hips Don't Lie" crooner is seen holding her large belly in the black and white snapshot posted on her personal Twitter.

The singer clarified to fans that she has not given birth just yet, tweeting:

We'd like to celebrate the imminent birth of our first child with all of you. #babyshower

Last December, Shakira, 35, and Pique, 25, played an online pranked on unsuspecting fans when they announced they had welcomed their first child -- a son -- on Twitter.

Pique, a player for soccer team Barcelona FC, tweeted a message in Spanish: “‘Our son has been born! We are very happy! Thanks to all for your messages!” — coincidentally on the Day of the Holy Innocents, a day notorious for pranks and shenanigans.

The couple, who's been dating since 2010, confirmed Shakira's pregnancy in mid-September on her blog, and shared an intimate look of her first child’s ultrasound photo.
