Designed by architect Douglas Burdge and located in the prestigious Point Dume area, the Cape Cod-inspired abode boasts five bedrooms, five and a half baths, an office, theater, gym and private guesthouse.
The home, built in 2009, features breath-taking panoramic ocean views and sits on over an acre of flat land with expansive lush lawns, a huge outdoor patio and stunning infinity pool.
