Selena and Josh?
Gomez and Hutcherson leave Globes party arm-in-arm.
Selena Gomez’s single status may not last long.

In the wake of her split from Justin Bieber, the singer-actress isn’t drowning in sorrows but instead is setting her sights on a new man: Luke Bracey.

At the CAA’s post-Golden Globes soiree, Gomez was spotted cozying up and even holding hands with the Australian actor, who appeared alongside her and Leighton Meester in the 2011 romantic comedy, Monte Carlo, according to Us Weekly.

After a blowout fight led to a breakup with Bieber during their New Year’s trip to Mexico, Gomez is moving on. “I’m having fun. At the end of the day, love is such a normal thing, and everyone deals with it,” she told JustJared. “Just because it’s a different lifestyle doesn’t change the meaning of what I’ve been raised on, which is fairy tales.”

So is the Spring Breakers star chasing her happily-ever-after with Bracey? Too soon to say, perhaps — but just in case let’s take a closer look at the little-known hunk from Down Under.

1. He romanced her costar.
Back in 2010, Bracey began dating Meester after sparks flew while shooting in Paris, France, for the romcom Monte Carlo, a story of three American girls (Meester, Gomez and Katie Cassedy) who take a trip to the City of Light, only to head for Monaco when one of them is mistaken for a spoiled princess. Meanwhile, soon after wrapping on set, Gomez and Bieber officially became an item.

2. He’s a soap star.
Bracey is best known for his role as troubled teen Trey Palmer on Home and Away, an Australian television soap opera that has aired since 1988.

3. Like Gomez, he’s done a teen series, too.
Bracey had a recurring role as Aaron on Dance Academy, an Australian teen-oriented television drama.

4. He’s by no means a big-time movie star.
Bracey’s first big-screen appearance in America was in 20th Century Fox’s 2011 film Monte Carlo, and he went on to also star in Bill Birrell’s indie thriller, Crimson Tear.

5. He has promise on the horizon.
Represented by Australian agent Mark Morrissey — whose clientele also includes the Hemsworth brothers, Chris and Liam — Bracey has signed with the management company ROAR. According to IMDB, he has two films in post-production: American Dream and Where Did You Sleep Last Night. And rumor has it he’s in the running for a lead role in the 2014 futuristic blockbuster, Divergent.
