The 'Fashion Police' star is reportedly set to wed beau Matthew Mosshart.
"Kelly is the happiest she's ever been," a friend of the star revealed Wednesday. "Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy."
The source added that Osbourne -- who recently lost a stunning 60 pounds -- is "really excited" about her upcoming nuptials.
Osbourne has been dating Mosshart for over a year. They met at a friend's wedding in 2011. Celebuzz has reached out to Osbourne's rep and is awaiting comment on the report.
