Shawn Holley Quits as Lindsay Lohan’s Lawyer

Lohan's Probation Revoked
Lindsay Lohan could face up to 245 days in jail.
Shawn Holley is off the case.

The prominent Los Angeles lawyer, who has been representing Lindsay Lohan on and off since 2009, has parted ways with the troubled 26-year-old starlet, about a week after Lohan fired her for New York-based attorney Mark Heller (who can’t even practice in California, by the way).

According to TMZ, Holley is in the process of filling out paper work to rid herself of Lohan’s legal woes. Lohan is scheduled to appear back in court on Jan. 30 for allegedly lying to police officers after she crashed her car into a garbage truck in June.

Lohan says she accidentally fired Holley last week, according to TMZ, and has been begging her to take her back.

She reportedly owes Holley significant amounts of money, though no word if Holley actually plans to collect.

Holley quit Lohan’s case briefly in 2010, before returning a few months later.

This is just the latest legal troubles for the Mean Girls star. In November, she was charged with three crimes — obstructing or resisting a police officer, providing false information to a police officer, and reckless driving — in connection to the June car crash.

If a judge decides Lohan violated her probation, which she is currently serving for a jewelery theft case, she could face up to 245 days in jail.
