Bethenny's Divorce: It's Getting Ugly (VIDEO)
The talk show host's ex Jason Hoppy wants primary custody of their daughter -- and more.
Jason Hoppy, the soon-to-be-ex-husband of reality TV star Bethenny Frankel, is seeking primary custody of the couple's two-year-old daughter, Bryn, TMZ has learned.
The request was made by Hoppy on Wednesday in response to a divorce petition filed earlier by Frankel, who is also seeking primary custody of Bryn.
In fact, the couple apparently wants exactly the same things from each other. Among their requests: They both want each other to pay for their respective medical and dental insurance and bills, as well as related expenses for Bryn.
They also want to maintain each other's life insurance policies and, you know, have exclusive rights to their house, among other gritty details.
So much for Bethenny Ever After.
Frankel, 40, filed for divorce from Hoppy, 41, earlier this month. She announced the couple was separating in December.
In January, Frankel spoke to Ellen DeGeneres about the split, revealing, "I feel like a failure. I really put it out there. I wanted the fairytale. I thought I had it. And Bryn is my fairy tale."
Frankel wed Hoppy in 2010 on television, as part of her Bethenny Getting Married series, a spin-off of The Real Housewives of New York City.
