From Costa Rica to the North: Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Spotted in Ottawa (PHOTOS)

After spending a few days as beach bums in Costa Rica, Miley Cyrus and fiancé Liam Hemsworth headed north to Ottawa, Canada.

The couple, in their casual best, were spotted earlier this week at a Chapters bookstore in the Canadian capital.

Staff told CTV News that Cyrus, 20, and her 23-year-old beau spent about 20 minutes in the store in the health and wellbeing section.

Before their visit was over, the engaged pair took the time to take a few snapshots with store employees.

In other Cyrus news, the singer and actress is featured on the cover of Cosmopolitan’s March issue, in a white blazer and matching pants, sans bra.

When asked about the most important parts of her life, Cyrus had this to say:

“Number one is my relationship with Liam. That’s what I feel the most confident in because you never know; there’s so much hype behind my new record, but it could come out and, worst-case scenario, everyone f**king hates it.”
