The home, which was originally bought in 2010 for $7 million, is set to make the actor a huge profit if the property sells at its asking price.
The home, which is appropriately named The Reserve, comes complete with six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a professional-grade kitchen, home theater and a gym.
The proud future owners are bound to boast about their custom-designed backyard which offers an ornate pool with multiple fountains and rare tile mosaics. Art Deco fixtures are featured throughout the mansion and fit into the home’s original old Hollywood theme.
The one-story property is located in one of Los Angeles’ most prestigious neighborhoods, Holmby Hills, which Playboy magnate Hugh Hefner also calls home.
