Jason Bateman Drops $3M to Buy Which Actor's Home?
According to Trulia, the Arrested Development star and his wife, Amanda Anka, closed a $3 million deal on Jan. 23 to live in a home occupied by the late Ernest Borgnine, who died late last year of kidney failure.
So, what will the hefty price tag get them?
Among the many amenities: five bedrooms; seven bathrooms; a paneled library; a formal sitting room; a private guesthouse; and nice views of Mulholland Drive.
Who knew Borgnine had such spacious and stylish digs?

After getting canceled by FOX in 2006, Arrested Development will return for another batch of episodes (14, to be exact) in May, on the popular streaming website Netflix.
The show's entire original cast will return for the much-anticipated reboot.
