Who's On Our Hollywood Power Index?

What do Lil Wayne, Lena Dunham and Miranda Kerr have common? They're all featured on our Hollywood Power Index - a look at the 30 biggest power players in Tinseltown, all under the age of 30.

To compile the list, Celebuzz considered candidates from various aspects of the entertainment industry and measured their power by their number of Internet popularity, news rankings, endorsement deals and demand.

We will continue to countdown our list of Hollywood's power players over the next three weeks, focusing on 10 list makers per-week.

Along the way, we'll get opinions and analysis from experts like Forbes magazine's Los Angeles-based editor Dorothy Pomerantz, Fashion Star commentator Julianne Kaye, as well as a panel of industry superstars that includes comedian and Encino Man star Pauly Shore, publicist-to-the-stars Siri Garber, OK Go bassist Tim Nordwind and TV producer Oliver Bogner.
