Following her Rolling Stone cover that hit stands on Friday, the "Diamonds" singer revealed outtakes from the photo shoot with famed photographer-to-the-stars Terry Richardson. "Can't wait to do it again, you phucking rule bro," she wrote on Instagram, before sharing a string of selects that didn't make the cut for her cover story.tweeted, sharing "Exhibit A," a snap of her donning a belly- and tattoo-baring bralette, high-waited black denim cutoffs, and an oversize camouflage-print jacket, hiding her undone hair under a polo bucket hat and her sans-makeup mug with black shades.
But other outtakes reveal a more glammed-up Rihanna, with side-slicked locks and a red lips as she slipped into a curve-hugging black pencil skirt, a white button-down, and Manolo Blahnik Chaos sandals, all topped with a blooms-embroidered leather jacket designed by Christopher Kan. Wearing a simple gold necklace and post earrings, Rihanna let one eye-catching accessory take center stage: her lit-up marijuana blunt.
In another series of shots, Rihanna strips down to skin-baring pale-hued lingerie. With nothing but a few necklaces and jewels on her hands, the Grammy-winning singer flaunts her ever-enviable figure in a white body suit — one photo showing her sitting back on the ground, smoldering into Richardson's lens, while another puts her playful side on display, as she flashes her pushed-up cleavage and a sly grin.weed aficionado as she inhales and exhales smoke through her glossed-up pout.
The outtakes are not a far cry — excluding the Mary Jane, of course — from the shots that landed in the latest issue of Rolling Stone. In the heart-baring cover story, Rihanna opens up about her sometimes scandalous public image, her controversy-laden seven-country, seven-show Unapologetic promo tour and reconciling with her once abusive ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown.
