Watch: Jillian Michaels Explains How She Is a Better Person Thanks to Her Tots
The trainer tells Celebuzz what being a new mommy means to her.
Motherhood looks good on the Biggest Loser's toughest trainer.
Jillian Michaels took a night away from diaper duty to go glam in a ruby Cushnie Et Ochs frock for the Red Dress Collection event in New York City on Wednesday. Though she left the tots at home for the night on the town, Michaels can never separate her personhood from her children because she credits them for the woman she is today.
"How hasn't my life changed since becoming a mother," Michaels told Celebuzz on the red carpet. "Nothing compares to it, absolutely nothing."
Michaels turned to one of her favorite films, As Good as it Gets, to explain how much her little ones — 8-month-old son Phoenix and 3-year-old daughter Lukensia — mean to her.
"There's a line where Jack Nicholson says 'you make me want to be a better man,'" she quoted. "It's like my kids make me want to be a better person."
The tough-as-nails trainer also explained how honored she was for being able to walk the runway at the Red Dress Collection event, which was dedicated to raising awareness of women's heart disease.
