The former Twilight actor turns 21 on Monday, and ever since he burst onto the scene as the mysterious Jacob Black, he's captured the hearts of adoring fans everywhere — with or without a shirt.

The ab-tastic heartthrob has grown up in front of our very eyes, from his debut role in The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl to landing the leading role in Abduction. And as he graduates from the Twilight franchise, Lautner's star power only shines brighter: he's set to star in Grown-Ups 2 and 2014's action thriller Tracers.
