When it comes to fitness, Wendy Williams is "doin'" great.

The television talk show host, who strutted her stuff on the catwalk at Heart Truth's annual fashion show last Wednesday, told Celebuzz that she has her workout regime all planned out -- down to the very last minute.

"Get on the treadmill for at least 20 minutes, twice a week," Williams, 48, said. "I'm not a stickler. I'm not going to say three times a week, but get on that treadmill and race it!"

"Twice a week: 20 minutes on the treadmill, about 15 minutes of the weights and then -- for the remaining time -- maybe 20 minutes of Pilates."

Williams also spilled one beauty secret she thinks every woman should know: how to gain her signature sense of confidence.

Though she admitted that she's never been always so bold and outgoing, Williams told us she's learned to be comfortable with herself over the years.

"I think that confidence is something that you gain with each birthday," she said.
