KIM'S MOVING OUT... AND MOVING ON UP

It's out with the old and in with the new.

Kim Kardashian has quietly sold her Beverly Hills mansion for an undisclosed amount this week, Celebuzz has learned.

If the home looks a bit familiar, it was frequently seen on Keeping Up with the Kardashians and happens to be the memorable locale where KK's estranged husband Kris Humphries popped the question.

In keeping with the mom-to-be's more private public persona, she kept the details of the sale under the radar, according to Trulia. The elaborate 4,000-square-foot home was never listed publicly on the market.

The lucky new owner of the New Tuscan-style estate will get to enjoy the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom dream home designed with detail ironwork, dark hardwood floors, French doors, and complete with a media room, pool, spa, waterfall, outdoor living room and dining room.

But the 32-year-old is moving on to bigger and better things... much better.

The gorgeous brunette and her baby daddy Kanye West recently purchased another exquisite property -- over twice the size as her former abode -- in the ultra-exclusive Bel Air neighborhood of L.A. for a cool $11 million.

The 14,000 square-foot manse is perfect for the growing family who has everything, including a movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, gym, and basketball court.
