Whether it’s a magazine cover, high fashion photo shoot or a day at the beach, celebrities have never been shy about leaving their tops behind.

Alessandra Ambrosio gave fans a special Valentine’s Day gift this year by sharing a topless photo of herself on Instagram. Peering over her back and pink “hottie” bottoms, the Victoria’s Secret Angel wrote, “Who is ready for #valentinesday?”

Fellow Angel Barbara Palvin also went for the topless look -- with the help of a heart-shaped pillow -- for a recent Victoria’s Secret catalogue.

Outside of the lingerie world, several movie stars have also bared their bod for the camera.

All posing sans shirt, Keira Knightley graced the pages of Allure in last December, "Sexiest Woman Alive" Mila Kunis stripped down for the cover of Esquire and Nicole Kidman showed her naked backside for V Magazine’s travel issue.

Kate Upton also posed topless on several occasions -- with the most recent being her second consecutive Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover. The 20-year-old bombshell also went topless for Vogue Germany and Cosmopolitan in recent months.
