From sold out concerts, soaring album sales, tons of endorsement opportunities and an astronomical fan following, Justin Bieber continues to dominate Hollywood -- not to mention our Power Index, where he ranks No. 2.

The music powerhouse -- who kicked off the UK leg of his Believe tour in Manchester, England this week -- made $55 million between May 2011 to May 2012 alone, according to Forbes, making him the second-richest celebrity under 30.

And while he may have been snubbed at the Grammy's this year,the teen pop prince is still sitting pretty.

Bieber's Believe Acoustic has been soaring in sales. Earlier this month, the CD made it to the top of the Billboard 200 Albums chart.

Not bad for a kid who's just 18 years old.
