Razzies 2013: Rihanna, Kristen Stewart, ‘Breaking Dawn – Part II’ Sweep

Biggest Oscar Upsets
See the folks whose Academy Award wins shocked auds.
They hate you, they really, really hate you!

Such was the case for Breaking Dawn – Part II at the Razzie Awards on Saturday.

The much-maligned final chapter to the Twilight Saga swept the bulk of the awards, taking home seven awards, including Worst Picture, Worst Director (Bill Condon), Worst Supporting Actor (Taylor Lautner, who also won Worst Couple with co-star Mackenzie Foy), Worst Remake, Rip-Off or Sequel Winner 2012 and Worst Ensemble.

Star Kristen Stewart also won for Worst Actress — a prize she shared with her performance in Snow White and the Huntsman.

Meanwhile, Razzie voters officially sunk Rihanna’s big-screen acting debut by giving her the Worst Supporting Actress award for her performance in Peter Berg’s box-office bomb, Battleship.

The Adam Sandler disaster That’s My Boy took home the night’s remaining awards, for Worst Actor (Sandler) and Worst Screenplay, respectively.

Remarkably, despite a near-sweep of the night, Twilight hasn’t been a big winner at the Razzies in years past. Its only other trophy went to Jackson Rathbone, for his performance in Eclipse.

What do you think of the Razzie’s winners this year? Did they do justice — or go too far? Sound off in the comments, below.
