Ex-The O.C. actress Mischa Barton has put her multi-million dollar home up for rent for the whopping amount of $35,000-a-month.
In 2010, the 27-year-old had listed the estate -- located in the gated neighborhood Bowmont Estates in Beverly Glen, Calif. -- for $8.695 million, but she received no offers.
According to the listing, the 7,607 square foot home has eight bedrooms, with four of which are attached to en suite bathrooms.

The listing also adds that the living, dining and family rooms are furnished with a working fireplaces with "spectacular canyon and Catalina views."
Outside, the ladnscape grounds include a pool, spa, grassy yard and vine-covered patio.
