Between daily workouts and running around town, these leggings-clad leading ladies have been busy from coast to coast.

Katie Holmes got in some much-needed down time shopping and doing errands during the day in NYC, while daughter Suri is getting in some daddy-daughter time with Tom Cruise in London. The newly-minted Broadway star later took in a Knicks game from the front row -- and from the looks of her ear-to-ear smile she was thoroughly enjoying the courtside competition.

From the East Coast to the West Coast, even though Kim Kardashian is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West, it doesn't mean she's forgoing fitness. On the same day, the reality star and Nicole Richie hit up their favorite training locale in Studio City, Calif. with guru Tracy Anderson.

And the gorgeous gal pals take their Hollywood hot bods very seriously, enduring grueling two-hour sessions. But it's all worth it, with Anderson telling Us Weekly that Kardashian has been "doing amazing" since starting her new regimen.

"She's doing it with caution and she's listening to her body; she's not overdoing anything," she added.
